Shame and self criticism can accentuate and maintain difficulties that our clients experience. The antidote to shame is self-compassion. How do we cultivate compassion towards both ourselves and others. This workshop will explore Compassionate Focus Therapy and explore the 3 emotional systems. There will be an opportunity to experience some self-compassionate mind practice and discuss how some of these can be adapted into hypnosis.
