To sleep or not too sleep? Tackling sleep anxiety by Sue Peacock
Using a case study/studies, this presentation will discuss sleep anxiety, its role in insomnia and how to overcome it using a combination of CBT and hypnosis.

Practical approaches to sleep disorders: solution-focsed techniques and analysis by David Kraft
In this presentation, David will outline various behavioural and analytical approaches to sleep disorders using metaphor and active listening. 

Rashmi Chury
Dr Rashmi is a solution-focused clinical hypnotherapist, psychotherapist and holistically minded dentist in the UK. She offers global online hypnotherapy services Originally, she learnt hypnotherapy skills to find effective, medication-free coping methods for grief, overcome exam stress, and to gain confidence in public speaking, performing on stage and on camera; and to help family, friends, and colleagues with relaxation. Hypnotherapy has helped tremendously in coping through many difficult experiences in life, and she can personally vouch for the lasting positive changes that it produces. As a dentist, she has empathetically treated people from all walks of life. She has served within the NHS and private sectors as a dentist for over 25 years, and is a keen, active advocate of delivery of preventative healthcare, in an eco-sustainable manner. She actively participates in global charity work whenever possible, especially wanting to help orphaned children. Her vast experience includes treating extremely nervous and phobic patients, in various environments including emergency dental service, and general dental practice settings.She has a special interest in helping motivated hypnotherapy clients to overcome dental anxieties and phobias, jaw clenching and bruxism (tooth grinding), and also overcome addictions including smoking and drug addiction. Dr Rashmi is currently developing a hypno-coaching course for aspiring and new entrepreneurs


Sue Peacock
Sue is a Consultant Health Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of The British Psychological Society, a Registered Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist and EMDR practitioner. She has an extensive track record of supporting clients presenting with chronic pain and other problems for over 20 years. Sue has won accolades including the Top Doctors Award for Psychology and a research grant to pioneer her sleeping with chronic pain programme from NHS Health Innovations. She trains psychologists and hypnotherapy practitioners around the world and is an external examiner for the Doctorate in Health Psychology at two leading Universities and a British Psychological Society approved supervisor. Sue has experience of working in the NHS, private practice and the voluntary sector.


David Kraft
A UKCP registered psychotherapist, and social psychologist, David Kraft PhD runs two successful practices—one in Harley Street and the other in Enfield Town. He has published over 30 peer-reviewed articles in the academic literature and is actively involved in research. David is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine and President of the Section of Hypnosis and Psychosomatic Medicine. In addition, he is an Accredited member of BSCAH where he acts as Honorary Secretary for the London Branch. David has also been involved with BSCAH at National level, and he has been busily teaching healthcare professionals on the Foundation Training courses for a number of years.
