Phyllis Alden will give a general overview of anxiety, including the importance of a good assessment.
Now retired, Phyllis is a consultant psychologist who has spent most of her career working with oncology patients.
Jules Carr will talk about her work with anxious adolescents, particularly in regard to anxiety over body image and social media.
Jules is a specialist nurse working in dermatology and also sees many teenagers suffering with anxiety
This workshop is free to BSCAH members but there will be a £10 charge for lunch, payable on the day. There is a £20 charge for non members.
