A Lockdown Positive

28th September 2020

At least one good thing has come out of lockdown and that is that because all meetings are virtual you do not have to leave the comfort of your own home! So, no more worrying about how to get to an unknown destination on time or where to stay, and all the expense that that involves....

BSCAH realises education and peer support has been put on hold due to the pandemic and in a move to mitigate this we are proposing to run a regular meeting online, each on a different topic. Experienced members or specialists in each topic will contribute short presentations and answer questions put by members, preferably submitted the week before. It will be free to members and each hour will count the usual 1 CPD point.

Our first CPD webinar in October is, by popular vote, on the topic of pain management and the November topic is anxiety – so please get your questions on these topics ready and send to ann@annwilliamson.co.uk .

Also, in November, Northern Counties have an interesting looking webinar by Dan Round on integrating compassion focused therapy with hypnosis....

Hope to meet up (virtually) with many of you soon .....

Ann Williamson
